S.K Tuteja, Chairman
Mr. Tuteja is a retired IAS officer with rich experience of serving the Government of India in several key positions at Centre and State Level including Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Food & Public Distribution. He has served as a consultant to the World Bank and UNIDO. He has also been a member of the Executive Committee of the International Sugar Organisation and the International Grain Council, London. He is presently associated as Director with various Government and Non-Government companies.

Sanjay Jain, Director
Over 30 years of experience and expertise in Corporate Strategy, Financial Management , M&A and Project Planning & Implementation along with strong network of relationship across the Country and overseas with FI, FFI, Banks, I-Bank, Venture Funds, PE Funds etc. Founded TFS Business Advisors India Pvt. Ltd (TFS) in 2006, Prior to TFS, worked with TRIDENT Group, as President (Finance), Director and MD of Trident Corporation Limited.

Prior to TFS, he worked with Marks & Spencer, Reliance industries and Ronak Laminex

Worked over 40 years with ICICI Bank and retired as Head of Government & Institutional Banking Solution Group in 2004. He has also worked as an advisor to I-Sec Ltd., NCDEX , ICICI Prudential Yes Bank and Ratnakar Bank. Currently serving as Director on the board of J K Cement, Shyam Telecom, Jay Bharat Maruti, Sangam India, Uflex, Delton Cables etc. Mr. Karati has rich experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, Relationship Management and Company Law Matters along with strong network and relationship across investors and large corporates.

K C Jani, Director
Over 34 years of experience working in IDBI Bank and retired as an Executive Director. Being an Executive Director in IDBI, he was a member of various committees such as Credit Committee Rating Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee, Vigilance Committee, CSR Committee, Audit Committee of Executives etc. He has served as an Independent Director on the Board of National Housing Bank. He is also the visiting faculty at IIT Roorkee, IIFM Mumbai and Institute of Cost Accountant of India.

An Investment Banking Professional with 10 years experience of handling Project Financing and Transaction Advisory Services. He has in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of working in Power Sector viz Conventional and Non-Conventional besides working with Steel and Road sector. Being part of TFS for over 7 years, he has been involved in financial tie-ups for large numbers of Renewable Energy, Thermal and Transmission Projects

A Textile industry icon with 50+ years of experience in managing and advising the Textile Industry. He has previously worked with Trident group, Delhi Cloth Mills, J.K. Synthetic, Engineers India, Africa Synthetics Fibres, M/S Spinners & Spinners and Orient Texfab at senior positions Has a vast gamut of experience as a Project Consultant across domains in the Textiles sector; involved in setting up new projects with capital outlay of over USD 5 Billion and has been associated with various R&D and advisory projects to banks.

Over 18+ years of rich experience in Project Finance, Transaction Advisory, Engineering Consultancy services and an expertise in Power and Infrastructure sector. Prior to TFS, he has worked with PTC India Financial Services Limited, Lahmeyer International India Ltd. (Tractebel), L&T Sargent & Lundy Ltd, McNally Bharat Engineering Co. Ltd. and Adani Infra India Ltd.

She has a working experience of over 14 years in the field of Strategy, Marketing, Business Development and Investor Relationship. She has worked with large corporates like Godfrey Phillips India Limited, IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited and in diverse spheres like FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Investment banking and Education.
